Yes. During the Checkout process you will be brought to a Billing Details page where you will have the option to ship your order to a different address by checking the box next to "Ship to a different address?".

Paint Supply partners with PERS (Professional Emergency Resource Services) to serve as its customers’ online resource for the SDS (formerly known as MSDS) of all of all products offered for sale on www.paintsupply.com. How do I utilize my company’s tax exempt status?
You may submit your tax information online during account set-up, or at a later time by editing your company profile in account settings. Exempt purchasers must provide acceptable proof of tax-exempt status for the state to which items will be shipped. Required information will include sales tax registration number and type of exemption claimed.

What is Paint Supply’s return policy if I need to return an item(s)?
Goods may be returned within 15 days of purchase, must be in sellable condition, and require a Return Goods Authorization number. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges. When will my order be billed to my credit card?
Items are billed to your credit card when they are shipped. In the rare occasion that some of your items ordered are not in stock, we will only bill you for the part of the order that we can ship.
How do I enter a Purchase Order (P.O.) Number?
During the Checkout process, you will come to a Billing Details page. At the top of that screen, you’ll see a boxed field with “PO Number". This field is for your convenience and is not required. Enter whatever information you need to reference your PO System. Whatever you enter into this field will show up in your confirmation, packing slip and invoice.
What is the warranty on your products?

What if the product picture on the web site does not match the product attributes?
While we try our best, on occasion the manufacturer supplied images may differ slightly from the product listing. Please refer to the product attributes for the most accurate information for these products. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.

What is Paint Supply’s minimum order amount?
Paint Supply accepts orders of all sizes. All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.
How will I know that my order was submitted successfully to Paint Supply?
You will receive an email, within minutes, confirming the receipt of you order shortly after it’s submitted online. Subsequently, after your order has been picked and packed by your regional Paint Supply distribution center, your account will be billed for the actual quantity of the product shipped, and your Paint Supply account will be updated to include this order. You will also be able to track your order by selecting the order tracking number.
Can I purchase items in broken-case quantities?
In many instances items can be purchased by the each. However, for business and/or D.O.T. requirements, some items are only available in full-case increments. Items that must be purchased in full case increments are noted on the detail order page.
What freight company is used to deliver orders placed with Paint Supply?
While most orders will be delivered via UPS and/or FedEx, Paint Supply reserves the right to deliver orders via any freight company, for quality and/or economic reasons. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier. Paint Supply only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US. Paint Supply does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Are shipping and/or handling charges applied to orders placed with Paint Supply?
At Paint Supply, we provide fast and cost effective shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 and low shipping rates on orders under $150. For our current shipping rates, click on the Learn More button at the top of the page.
How long will it take to receive my order?
While delivery times will vary by geographic region, an order placed online will ship from one of our regional distribution centers within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. Your order will arrive at your ship-to location 1 to 7 days following the day it is shipped from our distribution center. You can track your order by accessing your account order history on Paint Supply’s web site.
Can you ship my product via Next Day Air?
No. For regulatory compliance and safety reasons, Paint Supply only ships product via ground delivery.
Who and when do I call if something on my order arrives damaged, missing or if I receive more than I ordered?
We ask that shortage, mis-picked, and damaged good claims are reported to our Customer Service Department within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please contact Customer Service, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST (Phone: 844-826-7105, Email: email@example.com) to report shipping issues.
Are there any special instructions I should be mindful of as I sign the bill of lading from the delivery company?
Please count all boxes before signing fully received. If box count is short or there is noticeable damage, please notate on the freight bill.
If an item is unavailable when my order is shipped, will it ship later or should I reorder it with my next order?
Paint Supply does not automatically back order items that are out of stock when the rest of your order is shipped. Please be sure to re-order these items on your next order.
