No. Paint Supply is a distributor of paint supplies.
PaintCare is a nonprofit organization established by the American Coatings Association to implement manufacturer-led paint stewardship programs in states that pass paint stewardship laws. As required by laws in PaintCare jurisdictions, the program is funded by a fee (known as the PaintCare fee) that must be added by manufacturers to the wholesale price of all architectural paint sold in the state, including paint sold in stores and online. Paint Supply partners with PERS (Professional Emergency Resource Services) to serve as its customers’ online resource for the SDS (formerly known as MSDS) of all of all products offered for sale on www.paintsupply.com. Registered Paint Supply customers are able to access PERS’ web site, along with a username and password, upon login on Paint Supply’s web site.

You may submit your tax information online during account set-up, or at a later time by editing your company profile in account settings. Exempt purchasers must provide acceptable proof of tax-exempt status for the state to which items will be shipped. Required information will include sales tax registration number and type of exemption claimed.

Products shipped from Paint Supply may be returned within 30 days of shipment, and must be returned using a Return Shipping Label provided by Paint Supply. Products shipped from a manufacturer require prior written approval to be returned, and may be subject to additional return fees. For returns not the result of a defect or a Paint Supply error, return freight charges will be deducted from any refunds. The sale price for any product returned that is damaged may also be deducted from a refund. Orders & Payments
In many instances items can be purchased by the each. However, for business and/or D.O.T. requirements, some items are only available in full-case increments.  Items that must be purchased in full case increments are noted on the detail order page.
During the Checkout process, you will have the option to enter a number in the PO Number field. This field is for your convenience and is not required. Enter whatever information you need to reference your PO System.
You will receive an email, within minutes, confirming the receipt of you order shortly after it’s submitted online. Subsequently, after your order has been picked and packed by your regional Paint Supply distribution center, your account will be billed for the actual quantity of the product shipped, and your Paint Supply account will be updated to include this order. You will also be able to track your order by selecting the order tracking number.
Paint Supply customers are able to pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal or PayPal Credit.
While we try our best, on occasion the manufacturer supplied images may differ slightly from the product listing. Please refer to the product attributes for the most accurate information for these products. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us.
Paint Supply accepts orders of all sizes. All orders over $35 qualify for free shipping.

You may see a Pending Transaction or Authorization on your statement at the time you place your order. Generally, your payment method will be charged at the time your order is shipped, and will be charged only for the product shipped. In certain situations, such as orders shipping from manufacturers, your payment method may be charged prior to the product’s shipment as deemed appropriate by Paint Supply. Please note that if your order ships from more than one location, you may see more than one charge on your account.
Shipping
At Paint Supply, we provide fast and cost-effective shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 and low shipping rates on orders under $35. For our current shipping rates, click on the Rates button at the top of the page.
Please count all boxes before signing fully received. If box count is short or there is noticeable damage, please notate on the freight bill.
No. For regulatory compliance and safety reasons, Paint Supply only ships product via ground delivery.
Most orders ship next business day, and are delivered 1-3 business days after shipment. These are only estimates, not guarantees. Exact shipment and delivery times will depend on your location, the products you order, and the shipping provider. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Orders shipping from a manufacturer may take longer to ship. If you have any questions about the status of an order shipping from a manufacturer, please reach out to Paint Supply Customer Service at (844) 826-7105. And don’t forget, all orders over $100 ship for free!

While most orders will be delivered via UPS Ground, Paint Supply reserves the right to deliver orders via any carrier, including LTL freight carriers, for quality and/or economic reasons. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier. Paint Supply only accepts orders for shipments within the continental US. Paint Supply does not ship to PO Box addresses.
We’re here to get you what you need. Sometimes, if we don’t have enough of a particular product in our warehouse, we can have it shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has different order minimums, and PaintSupply.com will guide you through those steps during your checkout process. These orders can take longer to ship than other Paint Supply orders, but we will give you the best estimates we can and provide regular updates. Paint Supply has multiple distribution centers strategically located across the country. Some orders may ship from manufacturers within the U.S.
Paint Supply accepts all US billing addresses, but does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or outside the US. If you would like to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, we recommend using a freight forwarding service. If you would like to use an international billing address, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@paintsupply.com.

Paint Supply utilizes SSL certificates, which ensure that all information you provide is encrypted during the transmission process when purchasing online. Additionally, payment information is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Braintree, a PayPal Service, using Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards.
