Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Universal Bonding Primer bonds topcoats to even the most difficult-to-coat surfaces, including galvanized steel and two-part epoxies. It creates a smooth, durable and rust-resistant surface that’s ready to paint. Choose between Stops Rust Universal Bonding Primer with Custom Spray 5-in-1 and a traditional spray primer. Custom Spray 5-in-1 cans are designed to prime surfaces of all shapes and sizes. Simply turn the built-in dial to the spray pattern that’s right for your project.
