Product Overview
OKON Multi‐Surface Water Repellent Sealer is an easy‐touse multi‐surface water repellent and sealer. It helps protect porous concrete or wood from the damaging effects of water absorption. Water is a major cause of premature deterioration of many building materials. In concrete, water causes efflorescence, mold, freeze‐thaw damage, dusting and staining. In wood, water absorption causes splitting, cracking, warping rotting and mold. Multi‐Surface helps prevent these occurrences by significantly reducing water absorption. Multi‐Surface is an acrylic/siloxane blend that provides protection long after the initial water‐beading action has ended. A single application can last one to three years and can be easily refreshed with another application. MPI #99 Certified.
