Trowel-grade, latex-based adhesive for installing vinyl rubber cove base. Provides good initial tack and easy spreading for rapid installation. No bracing required. Non-staining and excellent water-resistance. Low odor, low VOC, non-flammable and easy water clean-up. Interior use.
